Return Policy

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Anything that does not meet the above criteria
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Print to order items (including all signs)
  • Anything noted in the product description as being non-refundable

Are there any charges for returns?

  • We are happy to refund you for retuned merchandise meeting the above criteria, but are unable to refund shipping costs. You must pay the cost of return shipping.

How do I return items?

  • Email store@sidewalkadvocates.org to request a refund and obtain the return shipping address.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.
